Technologies

Extensive manufacturing capabilities combining innovation, experience and quality in every project.

Investment casting

Investment Casting, also known as precision lost-wax casting, enables the manufacture of parts with a high degree of design freedom, excellent surface finish and very tight dimensional tolerances, resulting in considerable machining savings.

The most suitable steel grade can be selected for each application, and parts can undergo the appropriate heat treatment to achieve the specified mechanical properties, making it possible to supply fully finished parts: machined and/or surface-treated

MIM

MIM (Metal Injection Moulding) is a highly precise manufacturing technology for producing small- to medium-sized parts with complex geometries in a wide range of materials.

It offers extensive design freedom and is particularly suitable for the production of complex steel parts that would be difficult or costly to manufacture using conventional processes. A wide variety of steel grades can be selected to meet the requirements of each application.

MIM parts feature tight dimensional tolerances and a final density of 96% to 99%. This allows them to undergo heat and surface treatments, enabling them to achieve mechanical properties comparable to those of cast steel.

Cold stamping

Cold Stamping is an industrial manufacturing process used to produce metal parts in high-volume production with repetitive geometries. The material is mechanically deformed at room temperature by applying pressure to metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, brass and copper.

Typical applications:

  • Stainless steel parts, bushes and spacers
  • Formed cable terminals
  • Semi-tubular and solid rivets
  • Rivets with two or more diameters
  • Hinge pins, wheel pins, dowels and spacers
  • Ball joints and bolts
  • Special bolts: cylindrical, square, hexagonal, etc.
  • Special bushes and nuts
  • Special and bespoke fasteners, and special parts in general

CNC turning

We manufacture high-precision machined parts from bar stock or wire, using chip-removal machining processes and automatic CNC lathes, including fixed-head and sliding-headstock machines, equipped with dimensional control sensors.

This technology enables the production of parts with tight tolerances and high-quality surface finishes in medium- and high-volume production runs. Materials include stainless steel, carbon steel, brass and aluminium, making the process suitable for sectors such as automotive, electronics, aerospace, hydraulics, pneumatics, telecommunications, medical technology, industrial fastening and capital equipment.

This technology ensures high repeatability and efficient series production, while maintaining demanding dimensional and functional quality requirements.

Special bearings

Manufacture of special bearings and customised sliding systems. A wide range of finishes and machining operations are available, including turning, superfinishing and grinding, together with heat treatments and corrosion protection.  Various types of plastic coatings can also be applied to the bearings.

Exterior bearing applications:

  • Thrust bearings
  • Sliding shutters and louvres
  • Balcony and terrace enclosures
  • Sliding doors and windows
  • Insect screens, awnings and pergolas

Interior bearing applications:

  • Blinds, built-in wardrobes and sliding sofas
  • Interior doors
  • Porcelain display stands
  • Lift doors
  • Display cabinets and bathroom screens
  • Furniture, movable walls and partition systems

Other manufacturing processes

We supply parts manufactured in low-cost countries through a wide range of metal manufacturing processes, including stainless steel casting, grey iron casting, ductile iron casting, aluminium casting, sheet metal stamping, hot forging and machining, as well as aluminium die casting.

We can also supply fully finished parts, mechanisms and assemblies through our purchasing platform, with our own office in Shanghai and manufacturing facilities in China and Spain.

Other processes available:

  • Plastic injection moulding / Zamak die casting
  • Standard steel fasteners for metal and plastic applications
